Hey Admin, could you please check Discord and open a support ticket for me?  I've been having some issues with payments lately.

After I paid for the first transaction, there was another one. But I don't have enough money in my account. If it's overdue, will they give me a refund and let me pay again?

I've handled it, check your ticket channel. Seems like the sent amount was a dollar short and the system refused it. In cases like this you should be able to topit up and it will still be approved. Nonetheless, I'll activate your subscription manually this time.
